Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Skegness, Lincolnshire

Natureland opened in 1965 attracting thousands of visitors every year. They're renowned for their work with abandoned baby seals and their rearing and treatment program.

Seals are not the only attraction with penguins, tropical butterflies and coral fish adding to the visit. One of the most popular features is feeding time for the seals and penguins which can be seen by visitors.

Since opening, Natureland has dealt with, and returned to the wild whenever possible, many unusual animal visitors including dolphins and whales, a "lost" walrus and pelican, plus numerous oiled seabirds and injured birds of prey.
