The club was established as Boston FC in 1964 by former officials of Boston United who were concerned over United's financial problems
Life began at the Mayflower Sports Ground for a few months, before moving to their current ground on Tattershall Road. They joined the Lincolnshire League and won it in their first season.
They moved to the Central Alliance the following season, which they also won, without losing a match. In 1966 they joined the ECL.
Boston has an impressive roll of honour with championship titles from the leagues UCL, CML, ML, CA, LL. They have also won the Lincolnshire Senior Trophy seven times.
The club play in blue. The record attendance was 2,700 during a FA Cup 3QR against rivals Boston United.
