A DESTINATION - With 21 en-suite rooms, three of which are on the ground floor, the Eden House Hotel offers comfortable three-star accommodation to suit the needs of those who desire a 'home from home' stay. Less than three miles from the A1 on the main London to Edinburgh train route, the hotel is centrally located to the town centre of Grantham with ample free off road parking and free Wi-Fi in public areas and bedrooms. The hotel is close to many local attractions such as Belvoir Castle, Belton House and Woolsthorpe Manor.
Situated in the historic 12th century market town of Grantham, the hotel was originally a gentleman's residence and hunting lodge. Formerly the Kings Hotel it has been elegantly refurbished to provide modern facilities whilst retaining its original character.
The hotel benefits from its very own bar and Brasserie restaurant, with private dining options available for groups, parties and corporate groups. As an events' venue the hotel also caters for weddings, conferences, afternoon teas, private parties and other specialist events. There is LIVE BT Sport coverage at the bar for sporting fans and an outdoor courtyard for those wishing to relax in the sun.
OUR NEW LOOK - The newly refurbished Eden House Hotel was originally a prestigious Hunting Lodge to the North of Grantham called Hotel Diana. It was extended and transformed into the Kings Hotel and stood unchanged for decades until 2014. The new owners, Chris and Theresa Duggan are working to create a 'home from home' atmosphere in this friendly three-star hotel. Eden House Hotel provides comfort and style, coupled with a good range of freshly prepared, beautifully presented food.

We offer a range of appetizing menus to satisfy all tastes utilizing local produce according to season. CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS - The Eden House Hotel has several rooms - with varying capacities ranging from 10 to 15 in the private Newton Room, right through to 80 in our unique Eden Suite function room.
