Easton Walled Gardens, Grantham, Lincolnshire

Updated for 2019!

Easton Walled Gardens is a 400 year old horticultural haven set in the heart of the English countryside. Ursula Cholmeley and her small team of gardeners have restored this ancient 12 acre garden from a wilderness into one of the UK’s leading garden attractions.

The gardens include meadows, roses, sweet peas, spring bulbs and shrubs, cutflower and vegetable gardens. The emphasis is firmly on horticulture although the cakes are pretty good too!

Listed as one of the UK’s top 10 walled gardens, and featured regularly in the national press as an excellent example of horticultural innovation, a visit to Easton Walled Gardens will exceed expectations.

There are lots of things for children to do, ball games and hula hooping on the main lawn, the wren trail, bird hide, swing, turf maze and yew tunnel.
The tearoom serves delicious light lunches and homemade cakes and the gift shop is full of gorgeous gifts.

Come and while away the day in this little slice of heaven, in the heart of Lincolnshire.
