Gallagher Retail Park is located on the western periphery of Scunthorpe, fronting the A18 and in close proximity to the M181 and Junction 3 of the M180.
The scheme is anchored by a Tesco Extra food store and comprises a further 100,000 sq ft of Open A1 non-food retail warehouse accommodation.
The original tenant line up when it opened in 2002 was B&Q, NEXT, TK Maxx and Toys ‘R’ Us.
